Miss Kahoka Bluegrass-Cassandra Smith, (center) was named the 2010 Miss Kahoka Bluegrass winner Saturday evening. Other contestants were (l-r) Abi Gray, Kailynn Yates-2nd Runner Up, Shawna Allen-1st Runner Up, and Cassandra Smith. The 38th Annual Festival of Bluegrass was held at the Clark County Fairgrounds.
