Effigy Found In Clark County--A prehistoric human effigy, discovered in Clark County by David James, was one of the unique artifacts on display at the “Clark County History Comes Alive” program, held Saturday at the Sever Library.  The event was sponsored by the Illiniwek Chapter of the Iowa and Missouri Archeological Societies.
