DR. WILLIAM N. KELLEY


   Dr. William Nelson Kelley, age 74, of Camdenton, Missouri, died Tuesday morning June 12, 2007, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, MO. He was born on August 29, 1932, in Newark, MO, a son of the late Joe C. and Lucille Nelson Kelley.

   Dr. Kelley was married on June 3, 1967 in Nowata, Oklahoma, to Lois Capps. He was a U.S. Army Veteran; he graduated in 1962 from the University of Missouri of Veterinary Medicine. He was employed with the USDA-FSIS for 32 years, he was a 49 year member of the Masonic Lodge #291 in Edina, MO and past member of the ABOU BEN ADEH Shriners in Springfield, Missouri.

   He is survived by his wife of 40 years Lois Kelley, of the home; four children, Brett Kelley, of Chicago, Illinois, Tracy Zanone and husband Mark of Marietta Georgia, Doug Foster, of Camdenton, Missouri, and Chad Kelley and wife Jillian, of West Chester, Ohio; one sister- Essie Brown and husband Elmer, of Edina, Missouri; four grandchildren- Kendell, Kiel, and Kellen Zanone, and Tyler Kelley; a sister-in-law- Georgene Capps, of Camdenton, Missouri; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

   Funeral services were held Friday June 15, at the Hedges Funeral Home in Camdenton, Missouri. Burial was in the Dale Blair Cemetery in Camdenton.

   Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Arrangements are under the direction of the Hedges Funeral Home of Camdenton.
