Tri-State Area Football Seniors Square Off In All-Star Game

Missouri and Iowa graduating seniors will team up facing high school all-stars from the Illinois side in the June 23, 2007 KHQA Do or Die All Star Bowl III. The East-West game will feature over 85 of the finest 2007 senior graduate football players from high schools in West Central Illinois, Southeast Iowa and Northeast Missouri. Kickoff is scheduled for 7PM on Saturday, June 23 at Flinn Memorial Stadium at 4400 Maine Street, Quincy, Illinois.
Hannibal High School head coach Mark St. Clair will coach the West team. Former Highland coach Jim Coniglio will be one of the West assistant coaches.
Hannibal HS won the 2006 second place Missouri Class 4 trophy. Mark St. Clair is the reigning Missouri Football Coaches Association Coach of the Year. Tim Lafferty of Illini West football coop will lead the East all stars.
Clark County R-I graduates QB Brock Egley, TE Jesse Lorigan, LB Calem Lipper, LB Brad Ferrel and TE Carrington Daniel will play for the West all stars.
Running back Adrien Clay will represent Highland HS. Culver-Stockton College bound Caleb Shubert will be part of the West all-star’s offensive backfield representing Knox County HS.
