MISSOURI VETERANS COMMISSION UNVEILS NEW WEBSITE
JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri Veterans Commission recently unveiled its revised website. The new website www.mvc.dps.mo.gov , with its easy to use interface, provides Veterans, employees and the general public information on benefits, job opportunities, and information about the Missouri Veterans Commission and it’s programs: Service to Veterans, Homes, Cemeteries, Minority Veterans, Women Veterans, and Operation Outreach.
Information for each of the Commission’s six programs is easily accessible through drop-down menus located on the main page. This information includes points of contact, locations, eligibility, benefits, and frequently asked questions.
"We had two goals in mind in this redesign effort," stated Executive Director Hal Dulle, "to improve the navigation of the site and at the same time give it a fresh clean look. I hope all our visitors will find we have accomplished both goals."
The Missouri Veterans Commission, a state agency, operates seven State Veterans Homes, four State Veterans Cemeteries, and the Service to Veterans Program. The Commission is committed to honoring and serving Missouri’s Veterans whose dedication and sacrifices have preserved our nation and its freedoms.
