CHERYL J. OLSON

   Cheryl J. Olson, 38, passed away June 22, 2007 as a result of a school bus-pedestrian accident on January 23, 2007. Cheryl was born December 19, 1968 in Forest Park, Illinois to Bud and Rita Olson. She was employed as a food served at an assistant living center.

   She is survived by her parents of Las Vegas, Nevada, three sisters, Robin Cohen and husband Pete of College Station Texas; Joyce McDonnald and husband Bill of Eastlake, Ohio; Janet Manley and husband Mark of San Demas, California; one niece, Lara Cohen; three nephews; Brett, and Michael Manley, and Larry Sellers; three aunts, Rosie Queen of Yucaipa, California; Pat West and husband Orva of Memphis, Missouri; Margaret Weise and husband Tony of Hartford, Wisconsin; one uncle, Bob Brand and wife Julia of Elroy, Wisconsin, and several cousins and friends.

   Funeral services were held at the Palm Mortuary in Las Vegas on June 27, 2007, with Father Tom officiating. Music was by Beth Mulvaney. Pallbearers were Bob Brand, Orva West, Tony Weise, Mark Manley, Bill McDonnald, and Gwen Davies.

   Burial was in the Palm Cemetery in Las Vegas. Arrangements were under the directions of Palm Mortuary.
