JANICE L. CUNNINGHAM

   Janice L. Heck Cunningham, of Quincy, Illinois, died June 28, 2007, in Blessing Hospital, Quincy, at 58 years of age.

   The daughter of Harold and Wilma Morgan Heck, Janice was born October 12, 1948, in Quincy, Illinois. 

   Janice L. Heck united in marriage with John Cunningham on July 26, 1974, in Quincy, Illinois.

   For 26 years, Janice was employed by Quincy University as office manager of the maintenance department.  She was a certified OSHA inspector. 

   She was a member of the Church of St. Peter.

   Surviving are her husband; mother, Wilma Lantz; three sons, Paul ‘Pete’ Cunningham, Timothy Cunningham, and Anthony ‘Tony’ Cunningham; four step children, Lisa (Chris) Neisen of Ewing, Rodney (Missy) Cunningham of Palmyra, Tina (Craig) and Terry Cunningham, of Ewing; twenty-one grandchildren; a sister; stepsister; three stepbrothers; and sister-in-law, Donna (Kenny) Scoggin and family.

   Her father, a brother, Harold ‘Sonny’ Heck, and a half brother, Jardyn Heck, all preceded her in death.

   Services were held July 2 with burial in Greenmount Cemetery under the direction of Hansen-Spear Funeral Home.
