Bobbie Dean English

   Bobbie Dean English, age 76, of LaBelle, Missouri died Tuesday, August 14, 2007 in Blessing Hospital, Quincy, IL.

   Born July 9, 1931 in Lewis County, Missouri, he was the son of Lloyd and Pauline Patrick English.

   Bobbie was a graduate of LaBelle High School and served his country with the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War. He was a farmer north of LaBelle and was employed by the Winston Construction Co installing electricity in Senior Housing Units in Northeast Missouri. Bobbie had made his home in the Illinois Veterans Home in Quincy for the last 10 years.

   He married Shirley Garnett and they were the parents of Mike English of Quincy, IL, Gary English and wife Angie of Ewing, MO, Kathy Job of Quincy, IL and Sherri Watson of Shelbina, MO and a daughter Linda English who is deceased. Also surviving are eleven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a half brother, Doug English and wife Michelle of Kahoka, MO.

   His parents, one sister, Peggy Humphreys, preceded him in death.

   By his request he was cremated and there will be no services.

   Memorials may be made to the St. Louis Shriner’s Children’s Hospital in his memory and may be left or mailed to the Coder Funeral Chapel, P.O. Box 151, LaBelle, Missouri 63447.

   Coder Funeral Chapel of LaBelle, Missouri were in charge of arrangements.
