Robert Eugene (Bobby) Potter 50 of Graysville, died Thursday, August 16, 2007 at his home.
The son of Bobby J. and Virginia (Mountain) Potter, he was born January 25, 1957 at Kirksville. On May 15, 1982 at Graysville he was united in marriage to Mary Morrow who survives. Also surviving are two brothers, John Vice and wife Cheryl of Martinstown and Clyde Potter and wife Virginia of Baring; two sisters, Rosalie Vice of Kirksville and Penny Murr and husband Lonnie of Edina and several nieces and. nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
He grew up in the Novinger area and attended the Novinger School. He worked for thirteen years for Iowa Steel in Centerville, Iowa and Oklahoma. At the time of his death he was employed with Tico Panel in Unionville.
Bobby enjoyed hunting and fishing and being with his friends.
A funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 18, 2007 in the Dooley Funeral Chapel with the Reverend Don Rowland officiating. Burial was in the Forest Llewellyn Cemetery in Kirksville. Pallbearers were Larry Potter, Paul Potter, Edward Robbins, Joe Robbins, Billy Robbins and James Stewart. Services were under the direction of Dooley Funeral Home in Queen City, MO.
