   Mary E. Hamilton, age 91, of Lewistown, Missouri, died Tuesday, September 11, 2007, in the LaBelle Manor Care Center, LaBelle, Missouri, at 91 years of age.

   One of six children, Mary was the daughter of Earl and Lorinda Doerr Osborn, born June 8, 1916, in Louisiana, Missouri.

   Mary E. Osborn united in marriage with Lyle Dean Hamilton on October 16, 1935, in Louisiana, Missouri.  He preceded her in death on June 15, 1988.

   She attended Eugene Field School, was a farm wife who was also employed as a cook at the Lyle Shutts Sale Barn Restaurant and the Margaret Barnes Restaurant, both in Lewistown.

   Mary was a member of the Lewistown Baptist Church.

   Surviving are two daughters, Lyla Sue Merrell of LaBelle, Missouri, and Sandy R. (Kenneth) Penn of Lewistown, Missouri; two grandsons, Lame Merrell of LaBelle, Missouri and Chad Penn of Lewistown, Missouri.

   The Reverends Ken and Carolyn Goyer officiated for graveside services on September 13, 2007, at the Lewistown Cemetery, Lewistown, Missouri, with Danny Dannenhauer, Randy Sharpe, Rick Sharpe, Marvin Swenka, Joe Murfin and Wayne Stinson as pallbearers.
