Daniel B. Epperson

    Daniel Boone Epperson, 96, of Raymore, MO died Monday September 17, 2007.  Funeral services were held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 20, 2007 at D.W. Newcomer’s Sons Floral Hills Chapel, burial at Elmer, MO Cemetery at 4:00 p.m.  

   Dan was born August 6, 1911 in Elmer, Mo to John and Amelia Altman Epperson.  He married Zelma Vose in 1932.  They were married for 52 years and nine children were born to that union. His children are Paul, Martha, Phillip, Richard, Marilyn, Esther, Janet, John and the late Jerry Epperson.  Dan was married to Erlene Mason in April 1986, they were married for 21 years. He had five stepchildren, Ron, David, Kevin, Kay and the late Larry Mason. He also leaves 19 grandchildren and 16 step grandchildren along with 32 great grandchildren and 10 great step grandchildren.

   Dan was a member of The Grandview Assembly of God Church.
