Lady Indians Fall in Semi Finals

The Clark County Lady Indians went into the semifinals against the Canton Lady Tigers on Thursday night January 3.
In the opening quarter Daryle Goldie led the Lady Indians to a 17 point quarter with 6 points, Amanda Winters had 4 and Brooke Wheeler added a 3, and led 17-14.
The second quarter was not so good for the Lady Indians, as all they could put up was six points, and at the halftime the score was even at 23 all.
The third quarter saw Clark County only put up a seven point quarter, while Canton added 11 to take a 34-30 lead into the final quarter.
In the final quarter Kassidy Shuman did all she could do, as she put up 11 of Clark County’s 13 fourth quarter points, as the Lady Tigers took the quarter 14-13, and sent the Lady Indians into a Friday third place game against the Lady Highland Cougars, by downing Clark County 48-43.
The Lady Indians were led by Daryle Goldie with 14 points, followed by Kassidy Shuman with 13, Amanda Winters added 7, Brittany Logsdon pumped in 6 and Brooke Wheeler added a 3.
