Captain John W. Elliott, commanding officer of Troop B, Macon, announces that the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Missouri Department of Transportation’s Division of Motor Carrier Services, and the Iowa Department of Transportation will join together to provide a series of programs to farmers in Missouri and Iowa. The programs have been developed to help provide clear information to Missouri and Iowa farmers on issues regarding Missouri and Iowa commercial vehicle laws, and federal commercial vehicle regulations as they apply to Missouri and Iowa farmers operating pickup trucks, stock trailers, straight trucks, and tractor-trailer units in and out of Missouri and Iowa.
Four programs have been scheduled in Missouri and Iowa, which will be provided at no cost to anyone interested.
