Claudia A. Clair

Claudia Ann Clair was born July 14, 1943, in San Diego, California, the daughter of Harvey and Marillyn (Beatie) Brown, and departed her life at the age of 64, May 30th, 2008, at the Twin Pines Nursing Home in Kirksville, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her father Harvey Brown, her mother Marillyn Brown, one brother Richard Brown.
She attended the Kirksville Area Vocational Technical Center and earned her Licensed Practical Nursing degree in 1991. She was an LPN for over 17 years working at various locations throughout her career.
Those left to mourn the passing of Claudia include: her daughter and son-in-law, Cheri and JD Sharp of Kirksville, her daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Lon Newton of West Point, IA, her son, JC Clair of Tipton, MO, her son and daughter in-law, Jason and Dakota Clair of Kirksville, and her daughter, Penny Shaffer of Quincy, IL, 11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Claudia had a generous and loving spirit, a warm smile and a good heart. She was deeply devoted to her family, her friends and her faith. She will always be cherished by her family and many friends. Claudia was a Christian member of the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall.
Memorial service will be held Saturday June 7th at 2:00 p.m. at the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall in Kirksville.
