Work Scheduled for Route 61 in Lewis County

Beginning Monday, October 27, traffic will be reduced to one lane while MoDOT crews work on a slide near northbound Route 61. Crews will be working in the northbound driving lane and shoulder area of Route 61 approximately 4 ½ miles south of the Clark County line. Weather permitting, traffic will be reduced to one lane from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for approximately two weeks.

Traffic control will be in place to secure the safety of motorists as well as the safety of the workers. Please use extra caution while traveling through the work zone. Delays should be expected.
