Clark County Sheriff’s Report
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the following
arrests for the weeks of May 9 -27, 2009.
Elizabeth Alice Derr age 23 DOB 11/01/1985 of Keokuk, IA was
arrested on May 15, 2009 at 12:13am for possession of drugs and drug
paraphernalia by Missouri State Highway Patrol in Alexandria, MO. She was transported to the Clark County
Detention Facility where she was given a summons to appear in court at a later
date.
Aaron Lee Hamner age 35 DOB 7/15/1983 of Williamstown, MO
was arrested on May 11, 2009 at 13:26 for an outstanding warrant for Probation
Violation in Clark County by the Clark County Sheriffs Office in Hannibal, MO. He was transported to the Clark County
Detention Facility is being held on no bond .
Travis Duane Heinze, age 18 DOB 7/16/1990 of Kahoka, MO was
arrested on May 17, at 1:48 for Minor Visibly Intoxicated and Resisting Arrest
by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Kahoka, MO at his residence. He was transported to the Clark County
Sheriffs’ Office where he was held on a 24 hour investigative hold and released
to appear in court at a later date.
Sarah Marie Northway, age 21 DOB 10/16/1987 of Jefferson
City, MO was arrested on May 9, at 10:31 for an outstanding warrant from Cole
County Missouri by the Clark County Sheriffs’ Office in Kahoka, MO. She was transported to the Clark County
Sheriffs’ Office where she was held until Cole County took her into custody.
Angela R Ridgeway, age 33 DOB 4/30/1976 of Wayland, Mo was
arrested on May 12, at 21:22 for 3rd degree assault by the Clark County
Sheriffs’ Office in Wayland. She was
transported to the Clark County Sheriffs’ Office where she was held on an 8
hour hold and released to appear in court at a later date.
Robert Reese Stephens, age 32 DOB 6/15/1976 of Kahoka, MO was arrested on May 12, at 21:22 for Driving
While Suspended by the Clark County Sheriffs’ Office in Kahoka. He was transported to the Clark County
Sheriffs’ Office and was released on summons to appear in court at a later
date.
Jesse James Sturm age 20 DOB 04/20/1989 of Williamstown, Mo
was arrested on May 9, at 10:16 a warrant for Probation Violation by the Clark
County Sheriffs’ Office in Kahoka. He
was transported to the Clark County Detention Facility where he is being held without
bond.
Adam Christopher Tucker age 24 DOB 11/7/1984 of Wyaconda, MO
was arrested on May 20 at 18:05 for warrant for Probation Violation by the Clark
County Sheriffs’ Office in Lee County. He was transported to the
Clark County Sheriffs’ Office from the Lee County Sheriffs Office where he is
being held without bond.
Vince Allen Vaughn age 25 DOB 4/5/1984 of Keokuk, Ia was
arrested on May 15, at 1:52 for an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear on
Property Damage 2nd degree charges by the Missouri State Highway
Patrol in Alexandria. He was
transported to the Clark County Detention Center where he was released after
posting a cash bond and to appear in court at a later date.
Olivia Louis Brunk, age 21 DOB 08/03/1983 of Wyaconda, Mo
was arrested May 27, at 2:45 for Careless and Imprudent Driving and DWI by the Clark County Sheriffs’ Office in
Wyaconda, MO. She was transported to
the Clark County Detention Center where she was held on a 10 hour detox and was
released to appear in court at a later date.
