Indian Golfers Hit The Road
The Clark County Indian golf team placed 16th at the 14th Annual Hannibal Invitational on April 17. ?Clark County shot a team score of 409. Zach Nixon led the team with a 92, followed by Neal Moon with a 101. Dakota Armstrong had a 104, Taylor Allen had a 112, and Jacob Jones had a 133.
The Indians were defeated in a dual meet at th River View Golf Course in Canton. The Indians fell 207-186 to the host Tigers. Nixon led the Indians with a 47. Moon carded a 51, and Armstrong had a 52. Jacob Jones ahad a 57, and Taylor Allen had a 60.
The Indians place fourth at the Davis County Invitational in Bloomfield with a 359. Nixon led for Clark County, with an 81. Moon had an 84. Armstrong finished with a 96, and Allen had 98. Cody Streit finished with a 138.
At the Palmyra Invitational, the Indians took sixth place with a score of 368. Nixon carded an 83 to lead the team. Armstrong followed with 83, and Moon shot a 95. Allen finished with 101, and Jones had 111.
