Hamner Named New Indian Head Football Coach

Clark County R-1 Schools is please to announce that current Indian defensive coordinatior Quentin Hamner has agreed to become the next head football coach for the Clark County Indians. He replaces Matt Smith, who stepped down to spend more time with his family.
In his three year tenure as the team’s defensive coordinator, the Indians have won three consecitive district titles and amasses a record of 33-6. During the 2008 season Hamner’s defense lead the state of Missouri in almost every defensive statistical category en route to the Class 2 state title.
Previous to arriving at Clark County, Coach Hamner served three years under Fred Bouchard at Harrisonville as adefensive coach, assiting on state championship teams in 2006 and 2007.
