Troop B Transfer

Captain James E. Wilt, commanding officer of Troop B, Macon, announces the following Troop B transfer effective May 1, 2013.

On May 1, 2013, Trooper Graydon Gaines, transferred from Troop B, Zone 10 (Monroe and Randolph counties) to Zone 5 which serves Adair and Schuyler counties. Gaines, a native of Kirksville, Missouri, was appointed to the Patrol on July 1, 2011. After graduating from the Patrol Academy, he was assigned to Troop B, Zone 10. He graduated from Kirksville High School in Kirksville, Missouri, and holds a bachelor’s of science degree in exercise science from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri. Trooper Gaines currently serves in the Army National Guard as an executive officer. He is married to Ashley (McDougal) Gaines.

The Patrol encourages motorists and watercraft operators to protect themselves by making sure everyone in the vehicle is properly restrained in a seat belt or child restraint and everyone in the vessel is wearing an approved life jacket. Click It 4 Life and Wear It!!!
