Wilma Lucille “Sis” Allen
Wilma Lucille “Sis” Allen 80 of Greentop, Missouri died Saturday, October 19, 2013 at her home.
The daughter of Harry Kenneth and Pauline Bell (Kiesow) Eyler, she was born April 4, 1933 in Baring, Missouri. On September 24, 1951 in Bloomfield, Iowa, Sis was united in marriage to C.W. Allen.
Sis is survived by her husband, C.W. of sixty-two years; two daughters, Cindy Prough and husband, Arley Paul of Queen City, MO and Brenda Allen and special friend, Mark Watt of Greentop, MO; one sister Janice Rineberg of St. Louis, MO; four grandchildren, Jerry Paul Prough, Kylie Prough and special friend, Brandon Swisher, Candy Rowland and husband Stefan and Reba Morgan; two great-grandchildren, Edward Paul Berry and Grace Mae Rowland, as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Raymond and Jerry Eyler.
Sis was a graduate from Baring High School with the Class of 1951. She was employed at Hollister’s, Inc. a number of years before going to work for Kiwanis where she was employed until her retirement.
Her hobbies included sewing, yard work and cooking. She had a great love for her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
It was her wish to be cremated and no visitation or funeral service be held.
