Marilyn Arlene Price Fetters

   Marilyn Arlene Price Fetters, 80 of Cuba, died Monday, November 25, 2013 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Born August 7, 1933 in Kirksville, MO to Benjamin Franklin and Velma Marian (Frances) Price, she married Robert Fetters on November 4, 1948 in Peoria.

Surviving are her husband, one daughter, Karen (Michael) Prane of Canton; two sons, Kenneth (Debbie) Fetters of Mackinaw, Kevin (Debbie) Fetters of Chillicothe; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and one sister, Jane (Dave) Clark of Keokuk, IA.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.

Marilyn had worked as a custodian for several businesses and churches.

She was a member of the Red Hat Society in Canton.

A loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Marilyn loved her dogs and took great enjoyment in cooking for her family. She loved Christmas and making Christmas candies. She had also taken great pride in caring for her parents in their last days.

There will be no services or visitation. Cremation will be accorded and burial of ashes will be at a later date in Gorin City Cemetery in Gorin, MO. Arrangements have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
