Clark County Sheriff Report 5-28
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:
Conrad Kruse age 53 of Ft. Madison IA was arrested on May 18, 2014 at 12:13 am by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for Driver Failed to Wear Properly Adjusted/Fastened Safety Belt, Failed to Drive on Right Half of Roadway When Roadway was of Sufficient Width and DWI-Alcohol. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.
Melissa Ruehl age 29 of Kahoka MO was arrested on May 18, 2014 at 1:10 am by the Kahoka Police Department for Property Damage, Resisting Arrest and Assault 3rd Degree. She was held for 12 hours and then released on summons to appear at a later court date.
Jeremy Morgan age 38 of Kahoka MO was arrested on May 18, 2014 at 10:49 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for DWI-Alcohol and on a Warrant-DWI-Alcohol. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date on both charges.
Kristee Adam age 58 of Farmington IA was arrested on May 21, 2014 at 11:45 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for DWI-Alcohol and Resisting or Interfering with Arrest. She was held for 12 hours and then released on summons to appear at a later court date.
Timothy Fuller age 38 of Kahoka MO was arrested on May 22, 2014 at 7:47 pm by the Kahoka Police Department on a Warrant for Operated A Vehicle On A Highway Without Valid License-3rd Or Subsequent Offense and Driver/Front Seat Passenger Fail To Wear Properly Adjusted/Fastened Safety Belt. He was released on personal recognize to appear at a later court date.
Floyd Jeffery age 19 of Maple Grove FL was arrested on May 23, 2014 at 6:45 pm by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for Speeding and Minor Visibly Intoxicated-1st Offense. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.
Bryan Peiffer age 39 of Florissant MO was arrested on May 24, 2014 at 8:13 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for Exceeded Posted Speed Limit (Exceeded By 16 – 19 Mph), Operated Vehicle on Hwy Without Valid License – 3rd And Subsequent Offense and Possession of up to 35 Grams Marijuana. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.
