Clarence Eugene (Chuck) Alvey, 75 of Wyaconda, MO died at home Nov. 10, 2014

He was born the son of Ralph E. Alvey & LaVon M. Luncsford Alvey on June 8, 1939 in Peoria, Illinois.

He left behind his wife June Graves Alvey, they were together 21 years.

Chuck had 4 biological children: Jerry, Teri, Rick, and Danny. He also had 3 stepsons that he considered his boys, Tommy, Mike, and Frankie.

He was born in Peoria, Illinois and when he was about 13 they moved to Paramount, CA. He learned how to paint from his dad. He then traveled all over the United States, settling in Missouri the last 20 or so years of his life… He loved his family, whether they were blood or not. He was a very caring person and would give the shirt off his back to a stranger in need. He once picked up a hitchhiker and paid for him a ticket to get home. He had a great sense of humor. He would sometimes tease you just to get your goat and then start cracking up. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.

He was proceeded in death by his son- Danny Alvey, his sisters- Dee Harmon & Lori Cochran, his brothers- Howard (Dave) Alvey,2 infant brothers- Jack Alvey & Danny Alvey, his parents- Ralph Alvey & LaVon (Bonnie) Alvey, his brother-in-law Don Harmon, his nephew- Joseph Cochran Alvey, and niece- Shelly Harmon Luncsford.

He is survived by his wife, June Graves Alvey of Wyaconda, MO; 2 sons, Jerry & Julie Breck of PA, Rick & Linda Alvey of CA; 1 daughter, Teri Breck Lewis of CA; 3 stepsons, Tommy & Gloria Decker of CA, Mike Decker of OR, and Frank Baker; grandchildren, Rick, Brandy, Chrystal, Jerry, Dustin, Sean, Tiffany, Ned, & John; 16 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter; 1 brother Gerald & Pat Alvey of MO; 1 sister Linda & Bob Greenley of MO; Nephews, Jerry & Stacey Alvey of OH, James Harmon of TN, Jimmy & JoAnn Lee of MT; nieces, Marilyn Alvey of MO, PJ & Brian White of IA, Angela Allen of MO, LaVon & Vince Robles of CA, Patrina & Marvin Coverdell of MO, Christina & Chris Coverdell of MO, Jennifer & Vincent Friend of MO, Chrystal & Case of Missouri; and many more cousins.
