Clark Co. Veterans Retire Worn & Damaged Flags-Video and Photo Gallery

On Sunday, June 14, 2015, which was Flag Day, veteran from the VFW and American Legion in Kahoka gathered at the Veterans’ Memorial for the solemn purpose of disposing of worn flags. They were assisted by Eagle Scout Kyle Ross from Troop 145 in Kahoka.

In the ceremony, worn flags were presented for inspection, and then honorably destroyed by fire. A video and photo gallery of the ceremony can be seen below.
