Three Arrested in Lewis County for Possession and Unlawful Use of Paraphernalia

 

Arrests On Sunday evening, January 24, 2016, at 5:52 p.m., the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 20 year old Joshua W. Brice, of St. Charles, Missouri, in Lewis County, Missouri, for possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.  Brice was lodged in the Lewis County Jail in Monticello, Missouri.

On Sunday evening, January 24, 2016, at 6:17 p.m., Lauren R. Hankens, age 18, of St. Charles, Missouri, was arrested in Lewis County, Missouri, for possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and a St. Charles warrant for an animal violation.  Hankens was lodged in the Lewis County Jail in Monticello, Missouri.

On Sunday, January 24, 2016, at 6:18 p.m., in Lewis County, Missouri, a 19 year-old male, Alex M. Cargo of O’Fallon, Missouri was arrested for possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.  Cargo was lodged in the Lewis County Jail in Monticello, Missouri.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
