Brumbaugh Arrested on Multiple Charges

  On Monday, January 18, 2016, the Missouri Highway Patrol arrested a male, 26 year-old Oscar W. Brumbaugh of Durham, Missouri on charges of (1) Leaving the scene of an accident, (2) Careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, (3) No valid driver’s license, and (4) DWI-Alcohol and Drug.

Brumbaugh was taken to Lewis County Jail where he was detained on a 24 hour hold.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
