DURHAM MAN CHARGED WITH THEFT/STEALING OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
According to a press release from the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, on February 10, 2016, Robert M White, age 49, of Durham, Missouri was arrested on 2 counts of Theft/Stealing any Controlled Substance, a Class C Felony.
Mr. White is alleged to have stolen prescription medication from two people he was residing with in Durham, Missouri.
Mr. White is currently lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 cash only bond.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
