Four Lewis County Residents Arrested For DWI

Four Lewis County residents were arrested in recent days for DWI charges.

On Friday, March 4, 2016 at 10:18 p.m., 59 year-old Steven W. Stinson of LaBelle was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Macon County, Missouri, for (1) Driving While Intoxicated and (2) Failure to Maintain the Right Half of The Roadway Involving a Crash.

Stinson was taken to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office and was being held under bondable conditions.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Travis D. Bailey, a 23 year-old male, of Canton, Missouri was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for (1) Driving While Intoxicated-First and (2) Failure to Drive on the Right Half of the Roadway on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 8:13 p.m. in Lewis County, Missouri.

Bailey was taken to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office and was held under bondable conditions.

Fifty-eight year-old Dianne K. Clay of LaBelle, Missouri, was arrested in Lewis County, Missouri by the Missouri state Highway Patrol on Saturday, March 5, 2016, at 10:35 p.m. for (1) Driving While Intoxicated-First and (2) Failure to Drive on the Right Half of the Roadway.

Clay was taken to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office and was held under bondable conditions.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 29 year-old Larry J. Carper, of Canton, Missouri, on Sunday, March 6, 2016, at 12:51 p.m., in Lewis County, Missouri, on charges of Driving While Intoxicated – First.

Carper was taken to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office where he was held under bondable conditions.
