Newark Man Arrested On Felony Charge

On March 4, 2016, Warner L Wheeler, age 47, of Newark, Missouri was arrested on one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methadone), a class C felony.

Wheeler was also ticketed for driving without a valid operator’s license.

Wheeler is currently lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 cash only bond.
