Lewistown Woman Arrested

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 43 year-old female resident of Lewistown, Missouri, was arrested on a Lewis County Warrant on Monday, March 21, 2016 at 9:20 p.m.
Court records show that a Felony Complaint and Request for a Warrant was filed in the Circuit Court of Lewis County by Assistant Prosecuting Attorney C. R. Moon, on March 15, 2016.
Sarah J. Jacoby was charged with committing the Class C Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Felony C RSMo. 195.202) in Lewistown, Missouri, as the defendant possessed methamphetamine, a controlled substance, knowing of its presence and nature.
The range of punishment for this offense is incarceration in the State Department of Corrections for not more than seven years, or incarceration in the county jail for not more than one year, or a fine of up to $5,000.00, or any combination of that fine and those imprisonments.
A cash only bond of $10,000.00 was set.
