MSHP Arrests Made In Area Involving DWI, Drugs & Driving

In a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 9:10 p.m. in Marion County, MSHP Troop B arrested a 52 year old male, Scot S. Hall of LaGrange, Missouri for Driving While Intoxicated.

Hall was taken to Marion County Jail and was released.

 

On Sunday, April 10, 2016, at 10:30 p.m., the Missouri state Highway Patrol reported the arrest of a 27 year-old male, Roman D. Pauley of Columbia, Missouri, for Possession of Marijuana under 35 grams.

Pauley was taken to the Lewis County Jail and was held under bondable conditions.

 

According to a report by the MSHP, a 41 year old female, Theresa A. Sherfy of Maywood, Missouri was arrested on multiple counts in Marion County: 1) Felony Marion County warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine; 2) Palmyra City warrant-Driving While Suspended; 3) Driving While Revoked; 4) No Insurance; 5) No Seat belt; 5) Fail to Display Valid License Plates.

Sherfy was taken to Marion County Jail and held under bondable conditions.
