Fourth Fugitive In Custody By Mike Scott | May 4, 2016 The fourth fugitive in yesterday’s manhunt was arrested today in Keokuk. According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office,Trenton Ray Kindhart, of Keokuk, Iowa was arrested in Keokuk. He is being held in Lee County on Lee County warrants.
