Mrs. Porter worked for the US Postal Service for 25 years and also worked side by side on the family farm with her husband. She always had a beautiful garden. Her passion was maintaining her yard and keeping her home in pristine condition. She was a member of St. Ann’s Solidarity and enjoyed cooking and helping with the funeral dinners. Mrs. Porter volunteered at the Knox County Nursing Home for many years. She was also a 50 year member of the Knox City American Legion Auxiliary #358.

Clem loved and raised three daughters: Beverly Peters (Mike), Peggy Briscoe (Worm), and Nancy Stitzer (Phil).

She loved five grandchildren: Brad Peters (Sara), Deanne Tepen (Josh), Brett Peters (Amy), Ashton Blumberg (Scott), and Tanner Stitzer.
