Dolores A. “Dee” Price, of Wayland MO, died Thursday, December 8, 2016 at the Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL. She was born on February 6, 1935 in Burlington, IA, the daughter of James “Clyde” and Pearl Keever Fedrick. She grew up in Keokuk, IA and attended Keokuk public schools.
On October 3, 1958, Dolores was united in marriage to Donald E. Price in Hamilton, IL. He survives.
Other survivors include two sons, C. Wayne Price and his wife Jackie of Quincy, IL and Stephen Price and his wife Teresa of Blue Springs, MO, five grandchildren, Tyler Price, Sabrina Sparks, Sarah Schlenker, Pamela Price and Timothy Price, five great-grandchildren, Kelsea Price, Jennifer Sparks, Nicole Sparks, Payton Price and Nathaniel Schlenker, one brother, James (Jim) Long and his wife Connie of Burlington, IA, several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her step-father, “Pete” Long, one step-son, Donald R. “Donny-Ray” Price, one brother, John Fedrick, and a sister-in-law, Isabel Peterson.
Dolores had been employed at Artistic Cleaners in Keokuk for twenty-five years.
She enjoyed traveling with her husband and they traveled many miles together throughout the United States. She also enjoyed camping and playing card games with her family and friends.
There will be no services at this time.
The Vigen Memorial in Keokuk is assisting the family with arrangements.
