Two Arrested Following Search of Clark County Home

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Amy Marie Rohrbaugh, age 35 of Kahoka, Missouri.  Rohrbaugh was arrested on three (3) felonies; they are possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine), possession of controlled substance (Alprazolam), and possession of a controlled substance (Lorazepam).  Rohrbaugh was also arrested on three (3) misdemeanors; they are possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (Methamphetamine), and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana).

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Eric Shane Brotherton, age 51, of Kahoka, Missouri.  Brotherton was arrested on three (3) felonies; they are possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine), possession of controlled substance (Alprazolam), possession of a controlled substance (Lorazepam).  Brotherton was also arrested on three (3) misdemeanors; they are possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (Methamphetamine), and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana).

On the evening of May 29, 2018 the Clark County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 26652 Highway HH, Kahoka, Missouri.  While searching the residence the items mentioned above were located and collected as evidence.

Rohrbaugh was placed under arrest at 1933 hours, and transported to the Clark County Detention Center.  Rohrbaugh is currently being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $35,000.00 cash only bond.

Brotherton was placed under arrest at 1933 hours, and transported to the Clark County Detention Center.  Brotherton is currently being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $35,000.00 cash only bond.
