Marion County Sheriff’s Office Issues Endangered Person Advisory Seeking 22-year-old Man
State of Missouri Endangered Person Advisory – The Marion County Sheriff’s Office has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at 4510 West Ely, Hannibal, MO at 2348 on 02/17/2020.
Missing Is: Harrison Charles Vessell a white male, age 22
The endangered missing person: Harrison Charles Vessell, is a white, male, age 22, 5 ft 9in, 213 pounds, brown hair, hazel eyes, fair complexion, wearing a grey coat, blue jeans, and black shoes.
Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Missing Person incident: Vessell left his residence on foot and in possession of a 9mm handgun. Prior to leaving the subject left a note indicating suicidal statements. Further contact was made via text message with an acquaintance. The cell phone is reported to not be functioning.
