Keeley Brown Qualifies for State Golf, Earns All-District Honors

Scotland County Senior Keeley Brown has already had a golf season to remember. On Thursday, the Lady Tigers traveled to Green Hills Golf Course in Chillicothe, MO to compete in the Class 1, District 3 golf tournament. Keeley Brown made the most of her opportunity, and added more accolades to her already impressive season.

The Class 1, District 3 golf tournament featured a field of 80 golfers from 20 different schools. The top 15 players are awarded All-District Honors.

Brown shot a 97 to finish in a tie for 13th place individually. Her performance qualified her for the Class 1 State Tournament, and she was named to the All-District Teams following her round.

The Lady Tiger has now collected 4 individual medals in 7 competitions.
