Students Attend FBLA State Leadership Conference

This weekend, 5 students, Danny Priebe, Asher Applegate, Brendan Wilson, Madelyn Sapp, and Kensington Wolf attended the FBLA State Leadership Conference in Springfield, Missouri. They attended contests and workshops that featured guest speakers and useful life skills. Some learned vital public speaking techniques while others learned how to fill out job applications. The students also visited a college fair where they had the ability to speak with many colleges about their business programs. Furthermore, for the first time ever, the Schuyler County FBLA chapter received Gold Chapter of the Year and received on-stage recognition! Though none medaled, three had never performed at the state level, giving them more experience for next year. Overall, they had a fun and educational experience that will be permanently impactful.
