Scotland County Recognized for Having Zero Roadway Fatalities in 2023

 By Echo Menges  Scotland County was one of only six Missouri counties recognized for having zero roadway fatalities throughout 2023 including Atchison, Daviess, Lewis, Putnam, and Worth counties.
