NORTHEAST MISSOURI CHAPTER OF THE AMERICAN RED CROSS TO HOLD 90TH ANNUAL MEETING

 

HANNIBAL, Missouri, August 7, 2007 – The Northeast Missouri Chapter of the American Red Cross will hold its 90th Annual Meeting and Volunteer Recognition Banquet at 6:30 PM on Thursday, August 23, 2007.  The meeting will be held in Hannibal at the Star Theatre on 215 South Main Street.  Anyone who has donated blood, time or financial support to the Northeast Missouri Chapter or is interested in the work of the American Red Cross is invited to attend.

 

Recognition will be given to volunteers, groups and organizations that have engaged in accomplishing the aim of the American Red Cross of delivering “service excellence”.  Awards will be presented to those who have performed outstanding leadership and service to the Northeast Missouri Chapter.

 

The board will elect officers and new board members, as well as honor retiring board members for their years of service during the business portion of the meeting.
