Grain Truck Overturns on Highway C in Knox County

On Saturday, October 29, 2016 a grain truck belonging to Burkholder Farms overturned on Highway C, 1.5 miles north of Highway 11, at approximately 5:00 p.m.
According to Knox County Sheriff’s Deputy Ryan Bishop, the driver was not injured in the crash.
The truck was northbound on Highway C when it went off the east side of the roadway. The driver over corrected and the truck turned.
A load of soybeans spilled all over the highway and along the east side of the highway.
Highway C was completely blocked for more than an hour-and-a-half. One lane was reopened at approximately 6:40 p.m.
The name of the driver was not released.
