CULLOWHEE, NC (05/20/2026)– Rayce Ragar of Palmyra has been named to the Spring 2026 Chancellor’s List at Western Carolina University.
To qualify for this honor, students must achieve a GPA of 3.8 or higher. Students named to the Chancellor’s list are also named to the Dean’s List.
