Barbecue Competition Grand Champions

Rich Alexander of Wentzville and Shawn Campbell of O’Fallon, members of STL–High on the Hog, display their grand champion prize cutting board after winning the Knox County Ring of Smoke BBQ competition Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the Edina Town Square. Friday’s opening night activities were canceled, but the competition and vendors continued Saturday. The custom cutting board was made by Collins Custom Woodworking in Edina.
